Originally founded in 1915, Kijabe Medical Center is a 340-bed, non-profit hospital with more than 700 staff members from across Kenya and other international locations. Msaada over the years have designed several new buildings, in addition to expansions and renovations of existing buildings on the campus; such as maternity wards, surgical suites, dental units, pediatric facilities and others. More than 200 surgeries are performed at the hospital every month and the Medical Center serves as a training hospital for international health care professionals. Kijabe Medical Center is well-known for its excellent service to its patients. Because they know they can expect a high quality of care, patients oftentimes travel great distances to receive treatment at Kijabe.
